No, no one's beyond hope. It takes a little more effort and commitment from some people but there is never "beyond hope".

You know what I meant. It's not something that bothers me anyway, so I probably wouldn't have the commitment to stop. (I'll try to remember not to around you, though.)

I'm gonna rent the first season of Lost over the summer. I actually wanted to rent it this weekend, but Dad said it'd be better not to, since I wouldn't be able to watch the whole thing over the weekend. So I got Elizabethtown instead, so that was good. "Chuck and Cindy, Cindy and Chuck. Aha... I am currently stealing Chuck and Cindy's wedding beer." LOL Gotta love that part. "Death and life, and death and life...right next door to each other!! *crying*" lol

I want to see Elizabethtown. It sounds so cute. But I did look up the language and it looks like we might employ the filter. My mom will probably screen it. If we're allowed to watch Lost, then we can DEFINITELY watch Elizabethtown.
You will love Lost. Charlie (Dom) is SO precious when it comes to Claire. She is SO his girl. lol

It is very cute. It's romantic and sweet, but it's fun, happy, informal romance, not mushy-gushy, pathetic, needy romance. Not to mention it's quite funny at some parts. (Gotta love Chuck. lol) Some parts are kinda sad, but nothing too bad...mainly you just feel really bad for Drew at a couple moments. (You feel bad for him at other times too, but in a funny way. ex. Chuck, some rather...shall we say interesting relatives, etc.) I love when Samson gets into his car... That was pretty awesome. And of course the scene in the hotel room. "*bounces on bed* I'm putting on my shoes now... *stomp stomp stomp around to his side of bed*" "*laying shirtless have covered in blankets, sleeping like a rock* Mmm." "*whack (hitting foot of bed)* Whoops, 'scuse me! Sorry. ... *jingle* I 've got my ke-eys...*jingle* ... *blam (drops bag; picks it up and heads for door when there's no reaction)* ... I'm heading out the do-or--in last night's clothes. ...*looks back; he's still out; grabs yellow rose from vase and waves it dramatically* 'Hey Claire! Don't go! Stay! Let's have breakfast!' *posing in the doorway*" "*same as before* Mmm..." I know I will love Charlie. I'm so impatient to see it.

Cute, cute. I want to see it so bad!! The only thing is language and 'naughty stuff'. That's all I'm worried about and it didn't seem like there was too much of that, but some of it was bad enough that I would use the filter to watch it with Katie.

You'd definitely need to employ the filter for languange; there's not too much naughty stuff, just a couple parts, and then they're only references, nothing actually happening. You should probably use the filter anyway, though. Especially with Katie.

Mom will screen it anyway. I might get it Saturday, if we go to the yard sale at Poppy's.
Right now, Mom is screening Lost. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE IT. It's the one I've been waiting for!!

I talked to Katie today on the phone and she mentioned that you were going to watch E-town tonight. How'd you like it? (I bought it today at Target, btw. ;D )
